I am a devout believer in personal responsibility towards wellbeing, whether it is physical, mental, emotional or spiritual. My self-connection journey has taught me a lot about my needs and how to meet them.

Anxiety was a remnant of my complex developmental trauma and one of my biggest hurdles to cross. Now, my purpose is to help others heal from the inside out, the way I did.

This section on wellbeing includes reflections that serve to raise awareness about reframing perspectives when it comes to various emotions and thought patterns that make us feel stuck, or hindering us from enjoying life.

I also share recipes I love as well as sustainable health products I have discovered or health issues that I have faced along my journey.
