I know first hand how debilitating anxiety can be – I was only a child when the now familiar dreadful sensation in the pit of my stomach made me feel nauseous, and the impending feeling of doom permeated my body and hijacked my mind. I suffered for YEARS before being properly diagnosed, and it took me another 7 years to be able to let go of its grip on my life.
