Ingredients:
– eggs
– water
– half a lemon
– drizzle of olive oil
– pinch of salt
Boil enough water in a pan to immerse the eggs all the way. Add the eggs one at a time and keep them in the simmering water until they look decently held together – if you prefer your eggs well-done, keep them in a bit longer. Once they’re done to your liking, transfer them to a plate with a perforated or slotted spoon. Add a couple of squeezes of lemon juice, a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of salt, et voila!
